The place was spotlessly clean and super hygienic. All the amenities were taken care of we honestly didn’t find ourselves needing anything more. It was a cozy, peaceful and super comfortable stay. Everything just felt easy and well thought out.

Could we make an exception and give six stars instead of five? It's only been a couple hours since we checked out, but we are already missing 4Cs. The hospitality of the host family is amazing. That's really the difference maker. The tranquil location on a plantation is unbeatable. Such professional staff. The food: Variety (including curry from the fruits of a 300-year-old Jackfruit tree on the plantation) + very tasty + amazingly affordable.The friendly dogs, Sanju and Ninja, accompanied us on long walks during our 10-day long stay. We enjoyed the rain & the sunshine reflected off those rain washed leaves. Such a serene location. Clean. Shower with very hot water, good pressure. We appreciated the paid Laundry service. As we think about it, this is among the top five in the hundred or so Airbnbs that we stayed in around the world. It's like we are leaving family. And I don't think we can say anything more than that

I had the most wonderful experience at Athira Residency Coorg! From the moment I arrived, the Divya with her team made me feel like part of the family. They were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering great local tips and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Athira Residency Coorg itself was beautifully maintained, with cozy rooms that were both clean and thoughtfully decorated. The breakfast spread was delicious and featured fresh local ingredients. I loved the little touches like complimentary tea and snacks, which made the stay feel extra special. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet peaceful and serene. I could tell the host truly cared about providing a great experience, and I appreciated all the small details, from offering personalized recommendations to being readily available whenever I needed assistance. Overall, Athira Residency Coorg exceeded my expectations in every way. :)

Highly recommended if you're looking to escape the city and experience true nature. This cottage is designed for relaxation and is located in a serene area, with plenty of spots to explore within a 15–20 km radius. You can spend 3–4 hours roaming nearby places, then come back to unwind—the mornings and evenings here are pure bliss, especially in monsoon-like weather. The host is incredibly responsive and friendly. Thank you, Jyothi, for your warm hospitality, and a special thanks to Jyothsna for patiently addressing all my queries in detail. One small suggestion: it would be great if you could provide an induction stove and some milk in the freezer. It would have been perfect to enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee in this beautiful weather—we really missed that. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! 👍

Staying at this Airbnb was a fantastic experience for us. It was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had so far because of the service provided. Instead of being just an Airbnb, Nischitha and Deepak became friends. It felt like they truly cared about us and our stay. Welcome to Eorthe was extremely clean and well maintained. Enjoying a cup of coffee and listening to the birds and eleplants early in the morning was such a peaceful experience. Also, Nischitha is a master chef. All her dishes were authentic and delicious, but her tender coconut pudding was the best dessert we have ever tasted!! If you are thinking of booking this accommodation, don't think twice.

We had a lovely stay at this beautifully designed property in Coorg. The interiors, done up in calming whites, give the space a serene, Pinterest-worthy charm — every corner feels thoughtfully styled and photo-friendly. The caretakers were extremely sweet and cordial, making us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The breakfast served each morning was absolutely delicious — a great way to start the day! A couple of suggestions for improvement: the pool, being open, had quite a few floating insects. A transparent cover or more frequent cleaning could make the experience more enjoyable. Also, the washroom flooring could be better maintained, as it didn’t feel as clean or fresh compared to the rest of the property. Overall, it’s a peaceful, aesthetically curated getaway that we’d happily recommend to anyone visiting Coorg!

Anamika’s place was amazing! If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to stay, with all the comforts of home, you will love this place. Her home cooked food was spectacular! My in laws that can find fault in everything said it was the best food they’ve had. The place was extremely clean, with comfortable beds and linens. She leaves a ton of delicious snacks and is a super responsive host. It was my first time in India, (husband is from India, I’m American)and out of all the places we stayed, this was hands done the cleanest with the best food. She even packed a few snacks for our little boy, on our departure. Anamika could teach a class in being the best hostess. We will definitely be back on our next trip to India.
