Holiday rentals with a patio in Raleigh

Went to Raleigh for a night and this place was amazing. Views were lovely, felt right at home. Timothy was very informative & easy to talk to. Can’t wait to go again.

Our stay was everything and more than what we expected, the place was cozy and homey with more than enough room and we enjoyed the food places we went to! Definitely recommend checking out the Mexican restaurant near by called Carajillo's Mexican Kitchen it was amazing we loved it !

Our family of three stayed for 2 nights. The place was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for us to have privacy. The beds were super comfortable and the washer and dryer was a plus. If I visit Raleigh again, this is my first choice of accommodations.

We enjoyed our stay at Kristin’s place. The above garage apartment was private, quiet, extremely clean, updated, and had good amenities including Keurig coffee pods and a nice size TV.

We enjoyed the stay @ Kim’s. Great location (walking distance for coffee shops and restaurants), but very quiet at night. Kim is very responsive and provided all the information we needed. We definitely recommend her place and hoping to stay there again!

I was in town for a quick work trip with some fun splashed in. This was a great location and close to a lot of fun different areas. We went to North Hills for dinner and a book signing, then the next day to Village District. It was a cute townhouse and very relaxing. It was just two of us, so it was plenty big. The downstairs stayed cool and the upstairs did get warm, but they had fans and it was fine. Joshua was a thorough communicator with clear instructions. It was a safe, quiet, and cozy neighborhood good for heading home after a long day of shopping. Perfect for reading, hanging for girls night, or binging a few shows. Beds were comfy. House was clean. It was a great stay! Thanks!

This place was beautiful, had everything we needed. The host was responsive and caring for anything we needed. Hot tub was great we loved it! We would and will definitely use this place as our getaway again!!!

Best AirBnB so far. We have stayed in many places around the country and THIS HOME has been the best by far. Spotless, organized, welcoming, comfortable and perfectly located. Eric is a phenomenal host, anticipated our needs before we even asked, and was flexible to suit our travel plans. Quick to respond to any request. Everything you need is there. We plan to stay here again, even forwarded the listing to very “fussy” brother who will be visiting from Denmark. Wonderful experience, highly recommend!

We loved Emily’s BNB. It was clean and well maintained. Everything matched as described. Emily was proactive in communication to help us easily find the cottage in the dark. The neighborhood was quite as well cute. Easy access to anywhere in the Raleigh area. We appreciated the extra little touches like filtered water, ice cube trays filled, qtips, and body wash in the bathroom. We will be back!

Very nice place to stay. kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and instructions were clear. I found the bed VERY comfortable. everything we needed was already there for us. It felt almost like a second home the moment we walked in. 20min (without traffic) from just about everything. absolutely lovely stay.

I stayed in B’s place while attending a three day meeting nearby. I had a car, but could easily have walked to the office and nearly everything I needed. The home was perfect for me. Tons of space, a comfy bed, and all the amenities i could want. Loved the balcony and greenbelt view. The apartment was quiet both in and outside. Did not take advantage of the gym or pool but they looked great and I’m sure anyone would be pleased with the layout and offerings of the complex. Thank you, B, for your attention to detail and responsiveness during my stay. Highly recommend B’s place as an alternative to the local hotels. Five stars, no doubt!
