The 380 square foot studio guest house (open concept) sits behind our Bungalow in a centrally located historic neighborhood.; a 15-20 minute walk to Durham's vibrant Central Park District and a little further to downtown. Close by restaurants, music, movies and shows. Sleeps 2 comfortably on queen bed, and 2 additional on convertible couch from IKEA. Living area joins kitchen and is open to bedroom (see photos). This is semi private with a curtain to pull separating the sleeping area from the kitchen area. 3. A full bathroom that has a jacuzzi bathtub.
