Great place. Clean and well maintained with very good amenities. all teh delivery companies are able to spot the place easily without any issue. The locality is good with the phoenix mall very close by.

Booked the place for a 4 day stay, we reached the place ahead of time and vaibhav was very accommodating of our need for early check in. The map to the place was a little confusing, but the caretaker omkar was prompt in coming and guiding us to the correct location. The house is very tidy and well maintained. Only issue we faced was with the shower and tap in the attached bathroom on the ground floor, it was taken care of by the next day which was understandable as spare parts were not available. Both vaibhav and omkar were available almost immediately whenever we needed help. Overall had a great experience

I had visited with my family of 4 including myself. We are extremely satisfied with our stay at the property . The cleanliness is nothing short of "spick and span". Special shoutout to Preeti for her amazing hospitality.

Had a lovely and peaceful time. The house was well-equipped with amenities, had easy to read instructions pasted everywhere for easy use of equipment like microwave, geyser, water filter, etc. The surrounding area was also very well kept and peaceful. We had a great time going on night walks, enjoying the weather with friends and family.

We stayed at this BnB for 2 nights and had a wonderful time, especially our two dogs, who absolutely loved the spacious lawn area. The home is inside a gated society, which felt safe, peaceful, and perfect for a short getaway. The private pool was great for relaxing afternoons (though not big enough to swim), while the clubhouse pool was clean and perfect for a proper swim. The host also had a cycle available, and it was fun riding around the society’s quiet lanes. One of the highlights was a short hike we took to a nearby river with our dog, it was a lovely experience and made the trip even more memorable. The caretaker, Shailesh, was excellent. His service was prompt, and the food he prepared was delicious and homely. The portion sizes were a bit small, but the pricing is reasonable, so we simply ordered a bit more. Overall, we had a really enjoyable and memorable stay. Highly recommended, and we’d love to visit again!

the best of houses i have ever got to stay in an Air BNB so far. Nita the caretaker was a added boon to it. loved the stay wis I could get chance to visit the place more often. every corner of the house was like a artistically design one!

Our stay at Naveen’s Airbnb was simply fantastic. The room was exactly as shown in the photos—neat, stylish, and extremely well-organized. All the amenities provided were of top quality, and every daily-use item was either already available or easily accessible, which made our stay super comfortable. The building and surrounding area are peaceful and pleasant, and the location is just perfect for getting around. A special mention for Naveen—he’s an amazing host! This is a perfect place for someone to stay who is returning to Bombay and wants to feel at home. Chuim Village is quiet and well located in Khar West, just a couple minute's walk from Carter road and a quick rickshaw ride away from Pali Naka. It's an old little neighbourhood tucked away from the main road, so it's very quiet for Mumbai standards. Old buildings are going to come with some dampness and mustiness, which went away when the AC was on, and otherwise the place was clean and comfortable. We really liked how easy it was to find it and get inside after a late night arrival. Amit was super helpful with details for our visa, a nice little welcome note and was always responsive. He even offered cleaning on our second day, and left us a great range of fruit to try. One thing is that it would be more comfortable if the curtains blocked out more light and gave more privacy.

Very nice and clean place well connected by public transport with nice places to eat and station also closeby. Nikhil is an excellent host. Was very understanding of our needs and very responsive.

It is the second time we stayed here this year [2025]. Perfect apartment, nice area. The apartment has everything we need and is close to shops and restaurants. If you gonna stay in Pune, stay here. We recommend this apartment. Responsive and service minded hosts. You can't go wrong with booking this place. We stayed 14 days both times, but you can stay longer or shorter. Enjoy your stay.

It was a wonderful stay at Dipti's place. Everything was pretty well maintained and as mentioned in the property description. Beautiful and very peaceful surroundings. One thing which can be improved, there were spider webs almost everywhere in the patio.

We had a wonderful stay at this BnB! The view from the window was so peaceful, with the Pashan Hills just behind the building. We even spotted peacocks and other birds right from the room, thanks to the binoculars provided. Rohit was a wonderful host, super friendly and easy to communicate with. Everything about the stay felt comfortable. Would happily come back again!
