It was a great place for one week of stay. Santosh and Amar were great hosts. The House was clean, neat and stylishly setup. The very good location in Pune. Everything around was nearby and easily accessible. Definitely recommend this place and will consider for sure for our next stay.

This was our second time staying here. The flat is part of a hotel “Grand Residency” and so you don’t always get the same flat, although they’re all identical. We love the location (right in the heart of Bandra) and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are very friendly and polite. The bed linen is always clean and the beds are comfortable. The apartments is clean but I do think the rooms could use a refresh/deep clean, especially the bathroom and the sofa upholstery. All in all, this is our go-to place every time we visit family in Mumbai and Aaquib is very responsive.

We chose this location due to its proximity to the Nesco Bombay exhibition centre, within walking distance. The apartment is located in a quiet family society with elevators and walking area in the premises. It’s walking distance to a mall with cinema and eateries and grocery. The apartment itself is clean, well equipped and comfortable. The in-house gentleman helped out with cooking and cleaning with a smile and was always courteous. Definitely recommended.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The neighborhood was peaceful and well-connected, with great local spots nearby. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely love to stay again!

The place is good for long stay. With helpful manager, Nelson and caretakers on 24/7. I would recommend however, the photos of the couch do not match what is there.

I’ve had some really bad experiences with some AirBnB in Mumbai but this time the price was right and the quality was amazing. It was my second tin to use this facility and they welcomed me back in such a friendly manner ! Even the restaurant staff when seeing me brought me a drink! Absolutely amazing

She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed something. Whether it was small things like directions or bigger help with our plans, she was there with a smile and support. We had a wonderful stay at this property. The place is very well maintained and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere—perfect for a peaceful getaway. Both pools are excellent and ideal for unwinding, with plenty of privacy throughout the property. The staff they were helpful, friendly, and always available when needed. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept retreat.

EIne sehr helle Wohnung mit freundlicher Atmosphäre und Einrichtung, mit optimaler Raumsusnutzung und urbanem Ausblick. Sehr gute, sehr schnelle, sehr freundliche, sehr zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit Ms Kaniz, gründliche Reinigung nach Vereinbarung auch sponatn möglich. Trotzdem sie nicht mitten in Ausgehzentren, oder Geschäftsvierteln liegt, liegen Restaurents, Cafés, auch eine Mall mit Supermarkt in Laufweite, die Anbindung ans öffentliche Transportnetz ist hervorragend. Würde die Wohnung jederzeit weiter empfehöen und auch selbst wieder kommen. .

The stay was extremely comfortable and everything was as described there. The caretaker was always available for anything that was necessary.

The property is done up minimally but tastefully. The greenery from the balcony makes it even more special. Overall I had a fantastic and relaxing stay. All the basic are well covered in the cost apartment. Ganesh, who is always at your help and both Aman and Ali are great hosts and very helpful. The area is nice specially if you are looking for a property equidistant from the centre of Pune and the highway. I travelled from Mumbai so that was also very useful for me the connectivity.
