The house was spotless, the apartment very spacious and comfortable, close to supermarkets and located very close to Salinas beach. If we return to Avilés we will definitely contact him again.

All as described. Mercedes a charm, facilitating our stay, recommended restaurants, etc. The apartment fully equipped in every way, the kitchen with all the basics, even a tray with everything you need for breakfast.... our stay was like being at home.

Cristina has been charming, very helpful, she has been attentive with everything. The apartment has been very clean and well kept. It is very close to different places to have a drink on the promenade, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner (very recommended "La Luna", but you have to go well in advance to take place). The area is very quiet, for a walk it is very good and both Gijón and Oviedo are half an hour away by car. 100% recommended this accommodation, only with the proximity and the good treatment of the hosts is very worth it.

The apartment is as shown in the photos, it is everything as new, with many storage spaces, very comfortable bed, very clean everything and although the area is true that it is not beautiful compared to the surroundings it is very functional since you have many services on the same street as supermarket, pharmacy or bars. Maria was also attentive to us at all times, we had a problem with the router key and immediately solved it.
