Located between two emblematic towns, Avilés full of culture and tradition and Castrillón with its beaches, one of the best known is the beach of Salinas that is only 900 meters away, a 15-minute walk there is a path that takes you to it. In the area there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, laundry, playground and outpatient clinic. Public transportation is available 25 meters from the apartment, connecting the cities between Avilés and Piedras Blancas, passing through Salinas.

The Casina del Prau is the perfect starting point to discover the most natural and authentic Asturias.
