Great location, large apartment will stay again

Philip went out of his way to be helpful flexible and kind. The accomodation was stocked with loads of goodies and helpful basics that so many other places take away He very kindly gave us fresh seasonal produce from his garden which was beautiful. We had a peaceful tranquil stay at the house which was well placed for what we wanted to do. I whole heartedly recommend Philip and his lovely traditional quirky house. Thank you.

Had a great stay close to Gandía with restaurant and local amenities. Pascual was an excellent host who even went to the chemist with us to assist us buying some medication. The apartment is amazing

The place is as in the photos. Great location, a small supermarket that is open late, less than 3 minutes' walk away. The beach is almost on the doorstep, which is really great. For the price, the accommodation is completely fine, really little to complain about - the bed linen unfortunately did not really look fresh. The only thing is that the neighbour's fighting dog greets and says goodbye with aggressive barking, which can be a bit intimidating for children.
