This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Bus stop to the city, lake or train station in 50 m, good butcher, vegetables and baker in 200 m distance. If required, you can rent a bicycle or canoe. Parking is right in front of the house.

Very nice 3-room apartment in the heart of Gaienhofen with balcony and partial lake view, just a few steps away from the shores of Lake Constance. Shops for everyday needs (supermarket/bakery/butcher) are in the immediate vicinity.
