Summer cottage with housing standard, sea view, outdoor kitchen and proximity to the sea Cozy summer cottage with great sea view and sunny terrace with several zones for relaxation. Outdoor kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven makes meals an experience! Swimming facilities can be found at the common jetty, only about 350 meters from the cabin, and there is a short distance to several beautiful beaches such as Storesand and Husebystranda, which you can easily reach via the coastal path (about 3 km) from the cabin. A convenience store is also within walking distance via the same path.

Apt by Røds beach

Enjoy here by the beach in beautiful Larkollen. We have created a new apartment in our house, here in the nicest place we know, and we can't wait to share it with you. Here is plenty of space for a family or adult group of friends who want to enjoy the weekend. The place is perfect for winter swimming with a subsequent sauna inside. Put on your bathrobe and go straight down to the dock. If someone wants to be here for a little longer, a wonderful quiet place to stay is a wonderful quiet place to stay. With lovely nature just outside the door.

Nice apartment, 80 m to the sea

Enjoy the garden, the orangery, the playhouse and the sandbox. Walk 80 meters down to the rock and swimming area, walk 400 meters and you will find mini golf, beach, free golf and sand volleyball court. Marina and eatery 1 km away. 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed, 1 single bed, 1 baby bed and 1 children's travel bed. Towels and bedlinen is provided. Coffee, tea, sugar and spices, paper towels, toilet paper and wet wipes and various soaps are in the apartment and can be used. The host is on the main floor of the house.

Cottage by the sea with great views

Unique location right by the sea with a short distance to the swimming area and jetty. Large cabin with large sunny porches around the entire cabin. Here you have the sun until it sets with amazing sunsets. Nice hiking opportunities and walking distance to cozy restaurant at Skjæløy slip. 1 hour drive to Oslo, and a short way to, among other things, the Old Town in Fredrikstad and Sweden. This is a paradise for those who love sea views, swimming, relaxing or activities in scenic surroundings. Must be experienced!

Cozy cottage on Larkollen

We rent out cottage and annex with fantastic location in idyllic Larkollen about 1 hour drive from Oslo. Sea view and large garden with room for a lot of play and fun. The cottage is a short walking distance from convenience store Joker, Støtvig Hotel with diner, pool, spa and bowling alley and Losen as well as a few minutes walk to tennis courts, bathing jetty and beach. Large lawn with football key, play and barbecue area in the immediate vicinity. Evje Golf Park is located 8 min drive from the cabin.

Walking distance to child-friendly beach, superb sunshine from morning to evening with soothing sea views. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with sauna and washing machine. Two living rooms with two fireplaces, TV w/Netflix and broadband. Short distance to grocery store, playground, football field, marina, campsite and several beaches.

The coastal path goes right past, and there is a short distance to the forest and cultural landscape. The house was centrally located in Larkollen. Walking distance to Støtvig hotel, Cafe Losen and the convenience store. Less than 10 minute drive to Evje golf course.

A small and charming house by the sea

Enjoy a memorable stay at this unique place. Amazing sunsets, lovely terrace with hot tub and gas grill, walking distance to the bathing jetty and a shallow lovely sand bank with beach on the inside. And not least, panoramic views of the krogstad fjord. The place is perfect for enjoying late evenings, with barbecue on the terrace, a refreshing dip in the sea or a warming bathroom on the terrace.
