Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You have part of the terrace with a table for outdoor dining and access to the garden.

Built in the early 1700's, it sits in the heart of Southern Brittany's most beautiful countryside. Sitting in an ancient stone hamlet on the edge of a forest it forms part of a conservation area, of which the tranquility has hardly changed since Louis XIV's reign.
