We wanted to have a good get away and selected the place. Really loved staying. Very peaceful and great lake view. Definitely recommend the place.

Shannon did an excellent job communicating with us and provided us with picture instructions on how to use the hottub, firepit and remotes for the heat and fireplace. She was aware we were celebrating my fiancé's birthday and was so sweet to leave him a birthday card and chocolates. We were also pleasantly surprised to see she had a snack basket, bottled water, eggs, bagels and food in the cuoboards that we could help ourselves to at no extra cost. She was extremely welcoming and allowed us to take our time checking out. We loved our stay at her beautiful home and highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights at Cheryl & Kyle's. Beautiful sunsets, dips in the lake, hot tub, sauna, well equipped kitchen, AC, ... A great perch to enjoy what the county has to offer! Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended!

We rented the whole house for a family gathering as we were a group of 10. The house and gardens were lovely, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Tony and Jessica were excellent communicators and super helpful. The lake does have shells, which is common in cottage country and water shoes are highly recommended.

Overall we had a pleasant stay at Gaylna’s place. The cottage was spacious and like the photos. The lake was beautiful and perfect for swimming and we enjoyed the interior sauna as well. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy the back yard as much as there were lots of geese poo but that was probably unavoidable. Otherwise the deck and the dock were clean and well kept. Gaylna was a responsive host and even offered to bring back one of the items we forgot at the cottage back to Toronto for us to pick up which we appreciated. Warning re: pets - We had with us 3 dogs which we had gotten approval from the host for prior to booking and ‘3 pets’ was listed in our booking. No pet fee was listed in the description or house rules but 1 week before our stay we were asked to sign a contract for $25/dog a day in additional fees after booking which we thought was unfair. Gaylna ended up waiving this after we protested however we would have appreciated more transparency regarding additional fees

Beautiful home, kitchen was perfectly appointed, great for a large group that enjoy cooking. Location was great for the wine lover, and hobby foodie. Would definitely stay in this area again.

From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed, fabulous location in a lovely neighbourhood, and just down the road from a vineyard, and some markets!! It was such a spacious easy house to adapt too, perfect for our family. Would definitely recommend this house and this location.

Great place to stay and would stay again

Plenty of room for all seven of us. Lots of supplies. Clean and orderly. Carrie was readily available to answer what little questions we had.

Yvonne was fantastic. The place was great, lots of space for our group. Super quick walk to town. Yvonne was great at communicating, informing us of completely reasonable house rules. She laid everything out including some great recommendations. We were in PEC for a friends wedding and felt completely taken care of because of Yvonne’s hospitality. Would recommend this place to family & friends.

Well-renovated older building. The size was just great for the two of us. It was airy and bright (would probably be welcomingly less so in the summer months when surrounding trees leafed out).

We had a superb stay in Christines cabin over the long weekend. Warm, cosy and fully equipped with everything you need. (The fire was a nice touch with the snow 3ft outside lol) Perfect getaway location for some peace and scenery. Could not recommend enough!!

Stella & Laverne were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. Was hard to leave, we could have staid on much longer. Everything was just right, bunkie cute and comfortable. Bedrooms gorgeous, living room cozy. Lovely porch with a perfect daily view of the Bay of Quinte. Gorgeous sunsets to calm the mind. Fun huge yard and fire pit. We hope to go back in 2025. ♥️

Jodi is super sweet and has been really helpful throughout our journey getting there. Always responsive, caring and the place was just amazing. very cozy and warm and comfortable. it was great for a staycation with friends.

This was our second time staying here with a big group, and once again, it did not disappoint! The space was perfect for accommodating everyone comfortably, and there was so much to do—we never felt bored. Whether it was relaxing together, enjoying the amenities, or exploring the area, everything was seamless. The hosts were just as welcoming and responsive as before. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and stress-free stay with a group!
