Well-equipped family getaway destination. Backyard was a playground for curious boys (7 and 5 yrs). They spent whole afternoon exploring the area, watching a variety of birds and collecting sticks for campfire. Greeted by trickling stream and chirping birds every morning. Everything was functional as advertised. Slow internet was bearable for us. Our boys like to watch video on youtube but they had no much time to get bored and look to watch video during the stay. The host was no more than a text or call away and generous to offer free rental kayak with which all of us had fun splashing in Trent river on a cool breeze in a summer-ish afternoon. In overall, it was an unforgettable, next to perfection stay for my family. Definitely deserves 5 stars. More than willing to return in the near future.

From the very first moment, we felt completely at home. The house is exactly as described – very spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charming details. We didn’t miss a thing. Kelly welcomed us so warmly – including freshly baked rhubarb-lemon scones 😍 She also had great tips for exploring the area and provided brochures with local recommendations. Kelly and her husband Owen are truly lovely people who made us feel genuinely welcome. The house is surrounded by nature – the perfect place to unwind. A place we’d love to return to 😊

Rebecca’s place exceeded my expectations. It was very comfortable and quiet, great spot to relax and watch some wildlife right in the backyard. The location was convenient for what we required on this trip. And the small town a couple min away had everything we required for a week’s stay. Hoping to stay again sometime.
