Refurbished 2-room apartment of 33 m2 in the extension of our house in a residential area on the hills of Rouen, close to all shops and a bus stop (Fast 1 stop Parc Andersen). Very quiet because it overlooks a courtyard. Parking possible right in front of the apartment. Living room, kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs in the attic PLEASE NOTE: There is a €15 surcharge if you use the sofa bed, unless you bring your own duvet. WE SPEAK ENGLISH!
