A pleasant apartment of 40m2, 2 comfortable rooms in a small well located residence with easy access on foot to the city center (18min) and to the roads to get out of the city. Very quiet with terrace arranged on greenery not overlooked. Kitchen equipped and intended for long stays. Possibility of 4 people because sofa bed convertible into a real bed. The apartment is on the 3rd floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR (easy stairs). Private parking space at the bottom of the building + Bus at the foot of the residence.

For a holiday or a night , we offer our cozy house for 4 people near a forest with its multiple trails. 10 min from Quimper and 25 min from the beaches. The house is well equipped, the beds will be made upon your arrival , the towels and kitchen linen provided. All convenience stores are 800 m from the gite. Our primary residence is on the same grounds and Leon our bulldog is part of the family.(Dogs accepted on request)
