Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Quezon City

Hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever booked! Everything was spotless, fresh-smelling, and perfectly organized. The bed was so comfy, I didn’t want to get up! I loved the Netflix setup—it made for such a chill stay. And, Alexa was such a fun bonus! I seriously spent way too much time just talking to her 😂 This place is definitely going to be my go-to Airbnb whenever I travel back to Manila. Super worth it!

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

Our host Pamela is always responsive with all request even on short notice with our nephew and niece staying in the suite for 2 days. This host had a snack waiting for us when we arrived to the suite. Host thought of everything we needed or wanted by having basic toiletries for the bath and kitchen supplies available. We did not need to go to the local supermarket to buy the basics during our stay. The biggest and most important is the zero pet policy as we struggle with allergies and/or sensitivity (immunocompromised guests). Additionally suite had a washer with detergent to make stay truly feel like home. Onsite staff super friendly and helpful in recommendations for aiding in directions for services like barbershop, full body massage, facials, and etc. I would stay with this host again and highly add to my favorites list staying within the Eastwood area. Malls, cafes, restaurants, and etc. all walking distance from suite.

Have stayed at Richard's condo before. As always, it's a really great place to stay. Highly recommended and I look forward to booking again when I next have to go to Markina.

it was a cute small place but perfect for me and my wife , the view was great. There was a small store on the grounds that had nearly everything , the Mall of Asia was walking dustance that had great restaurant, shopping and other stuff. overall I would recommend to others to stay there. Janell was great communicating with.

It feels really in the country when entered. Especially the smell, very fresh, especially when you're grilling. It's worth it kc you can save on transpo because it's really within meters. Super place and rooms! She's perfect for me especially if I'm really artistic. Exceeded my expectation! Patrick was soo nice and I didn't rush to pay for additional heads. Perfect!

super worth it checking in at this place! it was able to accommodate our large group, well-ventilated, air-conditioners work perfectly fine, strong water supply, and complete cleaning materials.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Everything was perfect, from the location, to the amenities, to the helpful and efficient service of the caretakers. I definitely recommend this to everyone, and will definitely book again should the opportunity arise.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

The property is well-maintained and spacious. The linen is clean and smells of fresh laundry. Location is conveniently in the heart of town and is literally near at mall, too. I would like to commend the property owner because they are so helpful and accessible. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, even if its already evening they are still very helpful to give us instructions and give directions on something we are asking for. So happy that ee have stayed, their space also has everything we needed, no need to ask for. will surely booked again if we have opportunity to go to QC again. Thank you Mac Staycation.

Thank you Tess for being a great host The Appartment was as described and we felt right at home, my wife said that the place is very cozy! And it was like our home away from home The Appartment is very very comfortable, the beds are super comfortable with dedicated air conditioning in each room and a beautiful view of the city from each room and living room The living room is super comfy, kept me and my family of 4 very comfortable and enough room for all of us, also having Prime and Netflix is great The location is fantastic close to great Filipino restaurants and your favourite fast foods from McDonalds, Popeyes, KFC and Yellow Cab Pizza there is even a Goldilocks around the corner and plenty of places to get a good coffee It is also walking distance to Eastwood Mall if u want to do some shopping and a short taxi ride away to McKinley Hill and Bonifacio Global City Thanks again Tess

We had a great time staying here! Mabango at malinis yung unit. Malayo lang sya from entrance since nasa Tower 21 sya. Overall, sobrang ganda at relaxing. Thank you!

What we loved: - Shaun was a great host! He's very responsive, friendly, courteous, and gives clear instructions. - Stable and fast internet + projector on a huge screen were perfect for the Hope On The Stage live streaming that we did. - The place is spacious! - Well-equiped kitchen - The couch is big and comfy; the beds and linens are great too! - Good water pressure in the bathroom. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, liquid soap are included. Take note: - There's no AC in the living room but there were 2 air coolers so it was comfy. It wasn't hot at all. - The home theatre's sound only comes from the projector but it's good enough - as in it won't disturb the neighbors.

We had a great stay here and found the host to be very approachable and friendly. we did have an issue with the AC but Jay was quick to sort this out. The location to the mall is great and the staff in the lobby were very friendly and welcoming, we would definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thanks.

The place smelled amazing the moment we went in. The check in was at 2pm but our eta ended up being 10 minutes earlier. The hosts were able to reply immediately and told us that checking in earlier was okay. Their place was cozy and we loved staying there.

Excellent value! Location is fantastic close to pretty much everything. Check in was a breeze. Condo was clean and tidy with all the basic amenities included. Communication was instant and never had to wait long. They were also very proactive in reaching out to me to ensure I was having a great time at their condo. Would come back here again.
