Holiday rentals with beach access in Quezon City

The place is beautiful and spacious. The only problem we encountered was with the security guards of the building upon checking in. We waited for more than an hour before the issue was resolved. But overall, we were satisfied with the unit.

Had a good stay, Accessible sa lahat, may grocery sa baba, napapaligiran ng nga fast food chains, alam ng mga taxi drivers yung condominium. for slight improvements lang siguro, add slippers and extra blanket since di kasya pang dalawahan yung available na kumot.

We had a good stay in this place. We asked if it’s okay to early checked in and the owner agreed, really appreciated. ❤️ The room is spacious enough for 3 people. Kinda far to MOA but its really walkable and alot of restos and alfamart near the place, the owner also provides detailed instruction so we’re hassle free in terms of finding the location, check in and locating and using the room. Thank you for the comfy place🫶

This is our second time staying at Marco’s house. It’s a great location. We feel safe. There’s everything you need right in this area. Close to Manila Bay for morning walks and Zumba. We will be back.

The place was great! It features a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset as well as the city lights at night. Aside for the great view, the interior of the unit is beautifully decorated itself. The unit offers a lot of amenities -- great for longer stays. You can cook meals, bake, make a fancy coffee, play video games, and netflix. It really feels like you're at home! What also stood out for me is that there are qr codes for you to scan in every appliance to guide you in how to use them! I find this really helpful since I'm not familiar on how to use some of the appliances, and I don't want to break it, hahaha. Most importantly, they have an excellent customer service. They hosts are very responsive as well as the caretakers. They were happy to assist us when the internet connection got lost for awhile. I highly recommend them for future bookings especially when you have a business near Malate, Manila.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described and very comfortable. There was a small hiccup with the shower, but the owner was incredibly responsive and took care of it right away. We also made a minor mistake with the checkout process, but the owner was so understanding and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Overall, the place was fantastic, and the owner made sure we had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

We've booked the place so we don't need to travel far during the LANY concert yesterday (October 12,2024) at the Philippine Arena. The place is clean and the host is accommodating. Thank you ma'am Kath! Until our next stay.

Personally, I loved it cos I’m the type of person who loves going to the beach and the room will give you the beach/island vibe! Came from Boracay, straight from the airport this is where we stayed. Everything was great. I assumed it’s a new unit which I love cos you really can feel that “ah so nice everything’s new” I can tell by the smell of it hehe cos I’ve been to a different airbnb’s. I actually added this to my favorite airbnb list! Spacious, interior talaga is so nice!We’re very particular when it comes to BED AND COMFORTERS! Duhbest! Worth every penny! You guys should try it and see for yourself! ❤️

The place was super clean, with fast internet and complete appliances. The host is also approachable and responsive to the inquiries when checking in. There's also a sari sari store nearby. I highly suggest that androidtv should have netflix for more movies. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the place. Hoping for another staycation at Michelle's Place. Thank you!

A perfect little oasis right in the heart of the city!

I highly recommend this airbnb. The room was small as seen in the photos but it was decorated to make it feel spacious and it does not feel small at all, honestly. I like the place because I know for sure they properly maintained the place. The water pressure was great, the bathroom was squeaky clean & the sheets are new. The wifi was fast so I can work without hassle. I suggest to follow the maximum number of guests for this room. I will definitely be booking this room again if I am to visit the area again. Plus the host is very responsive.

I recently stayed at an Airbnb hosted by Gordon and it was a fantastic experience! The space was stunning—elegant, way better than photos. It was beautifully decorated, making it feel a home away from home. The unit smelled really nice too! Gordon was very responsive, welcoming and made sure my kids and I have everything we needed. The location was great too, as it is just across Okada Manila. I highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay! 💯🥰

Host Michael/Leni particularly Leni had been proactively responsive to queries. Leni displayed pleasantry upon arriving at the place up to checking out. The place is huge for the 8 of us. AC is spot-on maintained a cool ambiant in the unit. Although we opted to do food deliveries, the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances for cooking etc.. The soundproofing done has enusured us to enjoy karaoke and movie marathon with no complaints from neighbooring units. Just a little lapse on t&b flush but still a great place to stay. Thank you for the accommodation. 👍
