The proximity to the lake is spectacular. This can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and ideal for long walks or by bike.

Vacation home in the idyllic village of Brockum

The apartment for up to 5 people is located in the idyllic, small village of Brockum between Stemweder Berg and Dümmersee. The apartment with private entrance, connects to the old Deele of the former farm (kitchen-living room, double room, single room, private entrance area + bathroom and garden use). Bikes are available (for a fee), as well as large parking spaces and storage facilities for motorbikes. Dogs are always welcome guests with us.

Rural location, but not off the beaten path, is our 1-room apartment in the Dümmersee vacation area. The fiber optic connection with Wi-Fi and data cable in the apartment allow a perfect workspace or watching TV on the 55' TV. Our apartment has a separate entrance and is not integrated in the main building. The room is flooded with light and radiates coziness through the wooden floor, an open beamed layer, and small rung windows.

Note: There is a railway line just behind the house in which the apartment is located.

The Marissapark is about 20 minutes walking distance. There are also rental options for pedal boats, bicycles or sup. Small note: There is a railway line right behind the apartment.
