Great house in a good location. The host was very communicative and the property was beautifully presented. The fire pit and provided wood was a nice touch, and the property was well appointed. Ceiling fans in every bedroom and ducted heating, with a split system a/c in the lounge area. The 3rd bedroom only had a sofa bed, but the owner communicated that clearly before we booked. All in all we would stay here again, a lovely getaway holiday base with lovely owners who offer help wherever required. Great and friendly neighbours too :-)

The house was exactly as described and our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The living area has sliding flywire doors which were ideal to let the breeze flow through the house. We also enjoyed the outdoor covered entertaining area. Brett was a great communicator and the coffee machine was a bonus.

An ultimate home away from home… Corey had thought of everything… it was so nice to just bring ourselves and personal belongings! Everything else was supplied. Beds were very comfy and the spa was a great way to unwind. Plenty of games supplied to keep us and the kids occupied when it was raining. Close to shops and beach which was great too. Corey was also available to answer any questions we had throughout the weekend. We would highly recommend staying here ..a perfect getaway!

Thanks Cat for an amazing visit! Walked into a beautiful, well-appointed home that looked just like the photos. The home was comfortable and spacious, accommodating 2 families. In a great location in a new estate and a quick drive to all the activities we had planned. Cat was a great host who was super responsive and even messaged while away on holiday herself for tips and tricks to get the best out of the house. Cannot recommend this home and host highly enough, would definitely stay again.

Banksia house is simply divine. Cannot recommend the house and the host more highly. Beautifully renovated, facilities/amenities premium quality, lovely feel and anything you could need to enjoy your time at pt Lonsdale. Walkable to everything but also such a lovely private house you’d be happy to stay home and enjoy. We loved our Summer holiday but are also planning to return for a Winter getaway as well.

This is a basic but comfortable old-school holiday house. A lived-in home rather than a sterile and generic serviced apartment, and refreshingly free of wifi which meant the kids weren't glued to their screens the whole time. Great quiet location, but only a short walk to the beach. Excellent communication too, very easy and prompt responses. We'd be happy to stay there again.

The photos don’t do this property justice, Kate’s property is roomy, boasts a lovely cosy garden which was great to relax in. The house is well stocked to meet every need. It’s close to the beach and point Lonsdale. Would highly recommend this house and Kate was great to deal with, we will come again.

We felt very welcome at Lianas place, it's very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend a stay over there :)

We were down for the weekend to watch the footy. Lots of places booked out, it was a busy weekend in Geelong - boat show/racing, regatta, footy, air show next weekend, lucky to find Nicks place available. Walking distance to GMHBA stadium and eateries and waterfront. Nice place, old unit that’s been done up. Garage is small/low, our hatchback fitted but an SUV wouldn’t. A comfortable stay in a good location. Nick was a friendly and helpful host.

Michelle is the best hostess I've come across in a long while. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to a box of bandaids! Everything was so comfortable and the location is great for everything you want to do on the Penninsula. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

We had a lovely time with Liana. She was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Her unit is cosy and nicely decorated and the courtyard is inviting.

Liana's place makes you happy and peaceful. The place is decorated with so much taste and the many thriving plants give the place an amazing vibe. We enjoyed our stay in Ocean's Grove: the beach, the river and the many other attractions of the Bellarine. Thank you Liana!

Great stay, short drive to the beach. Spa and sauna were easy to use with clear instructions from Paul on how to use both. Complete privacy separate the main house to the back where the bungalow is Would definitely come back again :)

The property was at an amazing location. Close to all the activities we had planned including the hot springs and St. Andrew’s Beach Brewery. Nik was timely with his responses and gave clear instructions. Lovely space for 2!

We had a lovely and relaxing stay here. The room was perfect and the view was amazing! Kerryn was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. Bonus - there was a gorgeous doggo next door that we got to see

We had a wonderful few days in the cottage at donkey run farm. despite all the rain we had a great time meeting the donkeys, checking out the food forest and enjoying the wintery beach. Denise and Greg were the ultimate hosts - helpful and so lovely with our kids. We really appreciated their extra little touches! thanks so much!!
