Point Lonsdale Beach House

A classic beach house in the small, popular fishing town of Point Lonsdale. Two bedroom, one bath property with all the comforts of home. Only a block and a half from the beach and situated on a quiet street. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and a queen blow-up bed is available. All towels and linens are supplied, as are paper goods and laundry soap. A new washer and condenser dryer are available for your convenience, as is a drying line in the fenced and gated back yard. Dogs are welcomed - outside only please, where we have provided a comfortable kennel.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Relax and unwind by the heated plunge pool or let the kids play at the lakeside park it's only a few meters away from the front door. My house located in a beautiful lakeside, and it is only 5 min drive to the Point Lonsdale beach and lighthouse. Take a short stroll to the local cafe. Ride your bike in the endless Bellarine bike paths. Visit the various wineries around, or wander to the many nature reserves in the Bellarine.

Brand new large family home which is a short drive to the beach, golf courses, wineries and all the Bellarine has to offer. This beautiful home has four bedrooms with a spacious main bedroom with a large luxury en-suite and walk in robe. There are three other bedrooms with two queen beds and two single beds. We have two living areas with two wall-mounted TV's and a spacious kitchen. There is a large alfresco area with a Weber BBQ and large outdoor table. No schoolies or parties.

The exterior is a modern beach house featuring a sloped roof and large windows. A small tree is positioned near the entrance, with a concrete pathway leading to the front door. Lush greenery surrounds the house, enhancing its inviting appearance.

Outside is a huge dining area, sun lounge, fire pit, informal lounge, outdoor heated shower and a pristine ionised heated pool (safe and separate). Powered by a huge solar system and now featuring a fitted EV charger. The house is wheelchair friendly with wide doors and level access throughout. Just 5 mins from the beach.
