It was a last minute getaway and was just perfect. Exactly what we wanted and expected. Cold enough evenings to make the most of a fabulous fireplace. Lovely open space. Perfectly equipped kitchen and walkable distance to shops and beach. It was also a perfect secure home to bring our dog.

Sally was very responsive and even personally came to solve an issue I had! Will definitely recommend staying at this Airbnb!

Our stay was very enjoyable and the accommodation was fantastic with all required amenities. The propert has a fantastic patio and backyard. the host, Maha, was wonderful and very helpful. He was very responsive and allowed us to check in late as per our convenience. i would highly recommend this property and host to future visitors.

Lana’s villa was the perfect spot for a mid-summer family getaway! Not only was it cute, clean and fully equipped, It was walking distance to beautiful beaches, local cafes, playgrounds and shops. Lana was super quick to respond to messages and so helpful when needed. We had a wonderful time in her lovely space & can’t wait to be back again soon!

Fantastic location for our trip to Geelong. Super responsive host, which was appreciated. A nice tidy little townhouse that suited our needs well, with all the amenities needed for a long weekend visiting family.

We had a lovely start at Wisteria cottage. Everything was as expected and more. We were traveling with a child and toddler and were very comfortable during the stay. The children thoroughly enjoyed their time at the farm. The biggest highlight being the tractor tour of the farm and interacting with the animals are close quarters. The cottage was perfect in all aspects and had a homely feel about it. We would highly recommend it to anyone especially if you are traveling with children.

Perfect location, easy walk to Beach and restaurants. Townhouse was a great size, good spaces in the house too. Bbq was a great addition.

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Craig’s house in Rye. The heated pool was spectacular and very relaxing. The grass area was great for kids to run around and play and the house was warm with nice modern bathrooms. We also loved that it was pet-friendly. Rye was a great area to holiday with lots to do for both teenagers and younger ones. Craig was very responsive, friendly and helpful as a host, and we definitely hope to return another year. Thank-you!!!

Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy to park and great for large families. The lake view from the yard is truly stunning. Those with kids will enjoy the opportunity to feed the geese and ducks that come right up to your yard. The place is sparkling clean and host is very responsive to all our queries.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. My family and I had the liveliest time at Lisa's villa in the heart of the Ramada resort. surrounded by nature but with access to all resort facilities, we were never short of things to do. The villa is perfect, well appointed and had everything we needed, plus some lovely touches like Easter eggs and hot cross buns! Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks Lisa!

We were fortunate enough to stay here for almost a month and it did not disappoint! House was beautifully decorated and clean! Equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long term stay. Annika was incredible helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions. Could not fault! This was our second time here and we loved it just as much as the first. It's just great for pets: the enclosed yard is spacious so you can just let the doggo go outside and wander without worrying. The broader grounds are lovely. You feel like you are out in the country but if you forgot something, the Torquay shops are just a 10 min drive away. The animals, trampoline, pool, and ping pong are all great for the whole family. Terry is just lovely to chat with and very helpful if you need anything. Finally, check out the Great Ocean Road nursery and café just two doors down — delicious food and coffee and a very pleasant spot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

I had an amazing stay at Annie's place. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great local tips and quick responses to any questions. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Philip Island.

I’ve stayed in Phillip island 3-4 times but this is the first time I stayed here and safe to say I would 100% be staying here again when I visit Phillip island. There are a lot of cabins/houses here but yet you still have your own privacy and everyone’s respectful. So much to do here, wouldn’t even need to leave the resort. Loved the gym, pool and go karts here. Loved the animals and the open track walks, we seen so many rabbits, possums and even horses.

Great host, beautiful home and cooling off in the pool was a life saver during the 30 degree hot days. There were loads of fun activities within a 1 hour drive. The area was very peaceful. Thank you Gaurav.

The place was perfect! The house had everything we needed to make Christmas special! The Villa was surrounded by nature and was very peaceful. The resort had so much to do for kids. The kitchen was very set up and had loads of kitchen appliances to use e.g. air fryer, baking stuff, sandwich machine. The house was a good size and layout. We will definitely go back.
