Immaculate, comfortable basement apartment with tons of amenities, including full-size kitchen appliances. Ian and Steph thought of everything and were relaxed hosts. I found the space heater when I got chilly. Quiet street walkable to a main road, close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and public transportation. I took the bus back/forth to events at Climate Change Arena and felt safe walking back to the house alone at night from the bus stop. Grateful I booked this spot! Note that there is a staircase to access the apartment.

Super cute Airbnb, private, clean, comfortable furniture and linens. Matched the description. Michael was friendly and provided detailed, easy to follow instructions, was responsive, and was ready to provide local recommendations. Would stay there again.

We had a great stay at Eric's place! The neighbourhood was peaceful, beautiful, and felt safe. We could walk to nearby amenities or easily bus downtown. I found the sofa bed quite comfortable. A great home base for exploring Seattle!

I felt like David's apartment was a home from home. I had a very short, intense trip and it was wonderful to return to a refuge at the end of the day. I loved the view of the space needle from the little desk I worked at.
