A wonderful place in Spetses, close to the beach, close to town and restaurants and a bakery. The house is spotless, comfortable and well appointed, with a beautiful garden and balcony up top. Sophie is a gracious host who gave plenty of information about the house as well as about Spetses. Thank you for a great stay!

The home was just as pictured. The views are enchanting. The hosts had lots of helpful tips for the area and good recommendations for restaurants! We will be happy to come back!

This is such a cozy and comfy place. Beautifully decorated and sparkling clean - you almost don't want to disturb the perfection! The beds, the massive couch in the living room are all very comfortable so we woke up every morning well rested. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and in the bathroom (the latter was stocked with soaps, shampoos and creams). There is a small outdoor space , which we made use of for afternoon drinks and breakfast. Thr place is not right next to the old city, but the parking prices are very reasonable so we just drove in and parked at a big municipal parking. The place is also great as your base for day trips around the island. Our hosts were amazing, upon arrival we found fruit, wine, bread and Michalis popped in with a plate of freshly picked strawberries. Evelina gave us lots of tips on what to do and see - all great ideas. We had a great time and highly recommend the Violin House.

Love this area and house had everything we needed. Had a great time. Great host. Mattress wasn’t the most comfortable would be my only critique.

We really enjoyed our stay with Anastasia and mother Katarina at the pink castle. You certainly get a family vibe staying here and surrounded by nature and offered old local traditions it’s definitely worth a visit. It’s a bit outside of town so make sure you have some transportation!

The enchanting house is a real gem. Located right on the coast, you sleep in & wake up to the sound of the surf. Right in front of the bedrooms, the sea begins & invites you to take a morning walk or bath. Perfect seclusion in a grove of lemon & olive trees off the street & the neighbors. Tastefully minimalist furnishings, no unnecessary stuff, loving reception by Eleonora. It is the small attentive gestures that make the stay as pleasant as the bowl with the delicious lemons, clementines, ouzo & small sweets or the generously sized supplies of Nespresso capsules. The fully equipped kitchen really offers everything for cooking if you don't visit one of the wonderful restaurants. The two loungers by the house tempt you to enjoy reading all day with a glass of wine or a delicious espresso overlooking the sea. We miss this wonderful place already.

We had a great stay with our baby. Yiannis is a great host and welcomed us directly at the harbour despite the ferry being late. He also gave us great recommendations for the region. If we were travelling to Ios again, we would book here again. Thank you for everything.

Well, our fifth island and what a lovely apartment! A lovely size, spotlessly clean and the perfect location, away from all the hustle and bustle of Thira and Oia. The buses are easy to work out, o need for a car really. Everything we needed was here - loads of storage, comfy beds, coffee! and such great communication and recommendations! Perivolos has some brilliant restaurants. We’d love to go back 😎

This is a really comfortable apartment on the 3rd floor. It's a bit like staying in someone's home (to be clear, you have the place to yourself) as it has little personal details & a cosy vibe. The button to ring the apartment wasn't clear but we rang Elina (the host) on the phone & she came down straightaway to let us in. There is a little elevator that comfortably fits 2 people. It would not fit a wheelchair. It has a big living area with a separate kitchen and dining area. It's a really good space if you are 4 people. Elina was lovely when we met her & she showed us around the apartment. She also went out of her way to accommodate us extending our stay twice. The apartment is on a reasonably quite road.However, it is near a busy road. I brought ear plugs & slept really well. There's a lovely Japanese restaurant (Zuzuto Ramen) a couple of doors away & other nice cafes nearby. We recommend this to anyone who wants a good sized cosy relaxing living space. Tracy & Dave :)

The airbnb was perfect. It had all the amenities listed. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The host was also very responsive and helpful, guided me perfectly. It was located in the perfect spot too. The heating and AC were amazing as well. It was 100% worth the money, especially for an Airbnb like this !! Extremely satisfied.

Georges and his wife were discreet but available hosts throughout the stay. Absolutely charming. The accommodation is very functional with beautiful decoration and excellent amenities. Great bedding. Beautiful garden. Nevertheless, weak WiFi even though it wasn't a problem for us.

We stayed here before and loved it. This was the second time visiting and a few things have changed only in the local area. The place is spotless, homely, extra everything and a great coffee maker. The area is good - you have a new shop down in the square which does everything and there is also a new bio shop as well. The restaurants are in full swing as it is summer so yuo dont need to go far. ONE THING = THE AIR CON IS FABULOUS! Last time we were there we didnt need the air con, now in the summer we did and it is excellent and instant. Aspasia was a lovely host! My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the day we checked in, Aspasia was extremely welcoming and helpful, showing us around the apartment and sending a list of local recommendations! The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful with clear views of the ocean. It was a short walk to the town center and peaceful the whole time. We visited during easter which was an amazing experience. Aspasia told us about the local traditions and celebrations occurring throughout the weekend and it was truly special to experience that first hand. The town was perfect, the people were extremely friendly, and the views were breathtaking. My husband and I have already talked about coming back to Paros and staying at Aspasia’s apartments! Thank you for your kindness and generosity Aspasia!!

The view is wonderful, the area is peaceful. WiFi is superb for my work. Ideally situated between Hermioni and Porto Cheli. So many beaches within easy reach. The apartment was well equipped and clean and tastefully decorated. A perfect place to come to rest and recharge. The hosts are lovely, friendly people, nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly go back.

Everything was great at Mrs. Kalliopi's place, she had everything one needs for their stay, and more. I would definitely visit it again for a stay in the city of Kalamata!

host welcoming and responsive. we spent 3 nights for 5 people . 2 adults and 3 teenagers. very clean apartment with all comforts and close to the metro. The only negative point is the uninteresting neighborhood.

Our stay exceeded our expectations, the place was beautiful, clean, spacious, nothing was missing. Would be great for a multi-day stay! We definitely recommend it. Coffee in the cafe next door and breakfast to go with it. Just great!

This place has a lot of character, and I mean that in a good way. I felt very, very comfortable here. The bed is excellent, neither too firm or too soft. There's a lot of space. And it's just a cool place to hang out. It should be noted that this unit is downstairs. It probably gets about half the sunlight of most other condos in Athens. In most cases I would have an issue with that, but here it just added to the (jazzy, artsy) speakeasy charm of this place. It's about an 8 minute walk from the nearest Metro station, which is 5 stops (10 min) from Monastiraki. Not many tourists here, which is great from my point of view. There are a number of good bakeries and shops in the neighborhood. Not the kind of place you go to at night to have fun, but it's a great area for getting quality sleep without noise.

Excellent - the hosts, accommodation and location, all excellent. Sia, communicated at time of booking and before we set off and provided instructions along with a map to easily locate the apartment. She met us on arrival and talked us through the accommodation and provided a local map with suggestions on. Sia also provided a lovely welcome pack that included something for breakfast. Sia and her husband were available to assist if required. The accommodation was very clean and as per the details and photo's. It's location is in a quiet area and with a good view of the bay\sea towards Chania in the distance and the mountains. Golden Beach, Yannis Beach and good restaurants are within a 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. Regular buses to & from Chania, which takes about 15-20 minutes. Well worth a stay at this location.

Amazing hosts and very clean accommodation at a good price. Will return there on my next visit to Athens as it was that good.

beautiful entrance bourgeois building 3 big steps to climb. Very nice apartment, well located, very central, in the middle of plaka. Beautiful stay, beautiful dining room, 2 beautiful bedrooms. Very large terrace, pleasant to eat or drink a pot. Very well equipped kitchen, pity there is no electric kettle. under the building 2 cafes patisserie, 3 pubs. in the evening we had noise from the pubs despite the double glazed windows. Warmly recommend!

While I was unable to stay at the listing due to a passport issue, my friends were able to enjoy the stay. They loved the location, and the listing exceeded their expectations—it's even better than the pictures and smelled amazing. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Great place, close to everything. Views from the rooftop pool were amazing. Had an issue with AC just one day as it was hot, but other than that it was a perfect stay. She was very accommodating. Thanks! 😊
