Large room on the 1st floor of a contemporary house with private bathroom (shower and sink). The toilet is separate and reserved for guests. Balcony with garden furniture. Breakfast (served between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.) is offered (coffee, tea or chocolate, fruit juice, brioche or bread with butter and jam). You'll be alone upstairs. Very quiet residential neighborhood.
