Brand new private apartment alongside and partly attached to back of house to sleep 2 people. Parking with private entrance via side gate to apartment to the back of the house. Kitchen facilities include fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster as well as en-suite shower/ toilet. Just 10 minutes walking distance to Bridgend town centre for mainline rail and bus stations. Cardiff 20 minutes/Swansea 20 minutes. Great beaches and Mountain scenery close by as well as a good golf course and driving range.

A spacious south facing bedroom with lovely pasture and hillside views. There is a double bed with king size duvet and plenty of storage and easy chairs. The bathroom is next to the bedroom. Guests have use of kitchen facilities and a Sitting Room with open fireplace and TV. This is a small farm with a herd of Native breed cattle together with a small herd of Blonde cattle. Lots of geese ducks and chickens that provide a breakfast egg if you desire! I also have two great dogs Lexi and Maisie
What guests are saying:“Jonathan's place is highly recommended especially if you love animals. I had a fantastic time with his dogs and cats. We also enjoyed feeding his geese and ducks. Lexi, the dog, is the sweetest and my most favorite. The dogs are house-trained and very friendly. The property is situated next to the stream and the countryside scenery is splendid. So this place is perfect if you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Jonathan, the host, is very hospitable. Sue, the caretaker, is lovely and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again in the future.”

Perfect for couples, adventurers, families, surfers, holidays, events, beach, watersports, golf, cycling, walkers and anyone looking for a central apartment and break.
What guests are saying:“Lee's accomodation is very clean and modern, particularly like the attention to caring for the environment. It would be an even better apartment if the TV was slightly better and if there were more pots/pans for baking or cooking. Lee provided a great service and warned us of unforseen building works (didn't cause an issue) but Lee went the extra mile to ensure we were looked after. Great location (despite being on a roundabout) the road noise doesn't affect you too much. Parking was just on the side of the road, not too bad now as this time of year isn't busy but could be an issue at peak times.”
