Kim's accommodation is wonderful — we would definitely come back! Kim is also very kind, attentive, and friendly. The room even exceeded our expectations, with a fantastic breakfast, a comfortable bed, and everything was very clean and cozy.

Had such a great stay with April - it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was super clean, warm, and welcoming. She even had the heater on for us before we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. The little breakfast provided was a lovely bonus too! You can really tell she cares about her guests. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a cosy, comfortable stay.

Great location – close to everything yet peaceful. The place was tidy, cozy, and well-maintained. Privacy was respected throughout my stay. Loved the friendly dog. Plenty of firewood made for warm evenings. Fresh milk was provided, which was a nice touch. A lovely welcome note greeted me on arrival. There was also a helpful guide to Tauranga. Julie was thoughtful and accommodating. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a relaxing stay!

Shelley’s and Geoff’s property was clean and tidy, they had left a heater on to warm up the place which made the place very welcoming. Great at communicating and nothing was to much trouble. Perfect for our few days in Tauranga. Peaceful even though it is on two busy roads. Lots of lovely birds in their extensive gardens/orchard. Both Geoff and Shelley were very friendly and welcoming. The yummy pastries and chocolate was a lovely touch and the well stoked pantry would be wonderful if you wanted to cook, as it had all the basics. Would definitely recommend.
