Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

we are in the "Alta Garrotxa" , an area of outstanding natural beauty. Situated in the North east of "Catalunya". Perfect for hiker's and cyclists. For visiting medieval villages and towns, the volcanic area of the Garrotxa , Girona city, the Mediterranean sea, great local food. Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. For couples, families and friends to get together .

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Can Roc is a beautiful mountain apartment, located 5 minutes from Camprodon and 20 minutes from the Vallter 2000 Ski Resort. It has a balcony overlooking the mountain and the village of La Roca. The entire apartment is offered: double bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen exclusively for guests and community garden.
