Ce logement paisible de 63 m2 situé a 500m du canal latéral de la Garonne vous offrira un bel espace de vie de 35 m2 avec cuisine toute équipée (four, lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes..), une salle de douche et WC au rez-de-chaussée. À l'étage, deux chambres lumineuses l’une avec un grand lit et l'autre avec deux lits 1 place. La location donne sur la piscine qui est partagée avec notre maison et chauffée en avant saison. Parking à l’arrière, petit espace extérieur devant la piscine.

The perfect place to explore Gironde, Landes and Dordogne (35 minutes from Bordeaux, 45 minutes from Biscarosse, Arcachon Bay and the Landes coast).
