Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Just 500 meters from the house you will find: Crai extra supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shop, pizzerias and restaurants.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .

One of the Cumbessias features in the ancient village of San Salvatore, a country house without too many comforts but ideal for those looking for peace and quiet. Located in the geographical heart of the Sinis di Cabras, 2 km from the most beautiful sea in Sardinia, reachable by bicycle through the Sinis peninsula, between nuraghes and ancient testimonies of the past. A place full of history and traditions, one of a kind.
