For rent is a holiday apartment near Stralsund, city limits 5 km away. The city centre is about 10 km away. In 15 minutes, you can be on the island of Rügen by car. The seaside resorts can be reached in about 40 minutes. Arrival by train is also possible (approx. 5 minutes' walk to the train station). The nearest food discounter is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel at home in two rooms that were renovated in 2016. There is an opportunity for extra bedding.

Located directly at the Friedensberg spa park, quiet and idyllic. The main beach with dog beach, numerous restaurants and the Treppenbäcker are very close. It is only 150 meters to the children's playground. The EDEKA market is 1.3 km away. Aldi, Lidl & Co. can be reached in a few minutes by car or you can use the Bäderbahn, free of charge with the spa card. Ideal starting point for hikes or bike trips in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve.

It is modern and comfortably furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday for two - bedroom, living room with dining area, mini bathroom & mini kitchen. A highlight is the large terrace, where you can have a cozy breakfast. ATTENTION: Duvet covers, linen, towels & tea towels must be brought by yourself. Self-cleaning on departure!

It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
