Notre demeure, une longère est située en pleine campagne, à 10 kms d'Alençon, de Sées et du Mêle sur Sarthe, et à 200 m de la voie verte reliant Paris au Mont Saint Michel, dans le petit village d'Hauterive en Normandie. La suite parentale à l'étage est accessible via un escalier indépendant sous une verrière, peut accueillir de 2 à 8 personnes, et dessert les chambres, la cuisine et les sanitaires et douche. Le tarif est pour 2 personnes, il faut alors ajouter 20 € par personne supplémentaire.
