Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Punta Rassa

Mario is the best host I’ve encountered so far on airbnb. He always replied in a timely manner and gave great answers to questions. The space was clean, spacious, beautiful, and cozy. We loved our stay and have been thinking of coming back already. We had conversations, and he was always curious as to what he could do to make the experience even BETTER than what it was. If you ever purchase this space just know you will have a very friendly host, quiet space, and a cozy time.

Second time staying here this year. Excellent location. Condo was exactly as described. Easy communication with the host. Would recommend.

We stayed for 6 nights. The place is clean and the location was great, perfect for what we needed - close to FMB and downtown. Our only complaint (which it’s not really a complaint but more of just a heads up) the neighbors downstairs partied until like 6am on Saturday. Earplugs would’ve helped. That said, we would definitely stay again, though! Thanks, Angel! Hope to be back!

This little beach house was super cute and clean! We had no issues at all and we had a great stay. We’d definitely come back!

we absolutely loved our stay here! The location was great and walkable to restauurants and stores, access to a nice pool, and enjoyed the private balcony. The extra amenities that is provided such as beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. is a great bonus! we can't wait to come back!

Small, but gorgeous property, amazing views, good part of town. Love the easy checkout, which was simply "lock the doors, we will take care of the rest". Highly recommended property!

We loved our stay here! Definitely recommend. We loved having all of the beach supplies - chairs, cooler, large towels, wagon, etc. It’s close to the beach which is a huge plus. We also used the bikes every single night to get places. We really enjoyed that they were available. Also appreciated having the guest information book. It provides information and pictures of everything you could possibly need and many recommendations for restaurants or things to do in the area.

I was very glad to find George's place .It was a very nice place to stay, in a safe neighborhood which I went for a walk in. I cook my own food and his place had a kitchen with alot of amenities including a blender, which was very much appreciated. For cookware they had nonsstick cookware so I purchased two stainless steel pots at a thrift shop and left them behind. I didn't have to communicate too much, but he had a very well organized book that gave good instructions about everything. He had a printer for guests too, which, though I didn't use, was a very nice touch. I was just there to see a doctor so i didn't have to use a lot of the things that they have for guests, but it is well stocked with towels, chairs, and beach type of things for a family. This was an airbnb where you were expected to leave the kitchen as you found it, which I didn't realize until the very end, so that did add a little bit of rush to my last day.

My family has an amazing and relaxing time! We have lost our home and everything we own in hurricane Milton so we were in desperate need of some family time. The home was beautiful and all of the linens were clean and to be honest it was probably the most relaxing time we've had in the past year. I highly recommend this location! If you don't believe me try it yourself 🤗😝

I can’t rate this place highly enough! Clean and tidy, lovely interior. They really went above and beyond with details and touches. Kitchen is well equipped and even has beach chairs and towels for beach trips which came in handy! Walmart shop just 5mins down the road, has lovely swimming pool and was nice and peaceful. It’s a real gem!

My family and I very much enjoyed Marty's place! The inside is cozy and well stocked with everything we could have imagined. The back yard is truly the highlight of it all. My kids had a blast spending their days out at the pool and playing in all the shady areas. Ww will definitely be making a trip back down to Fort Meyers and booking again!

We had a wonderful vacation! The location is perfect – just 15 minutes to the beach, yet very peaceful and quiet. It’s the ideal mix of relaxation and good accessibility. We especially enjoyed the pool – such a great way to unwind. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described!

Me, my wife and another couple went on a much needed couples trip. This place was the perfect getaway after a few intense months. We spent most of our time outside. As nice and inviting as the living room was, we stayed conversing near the water fall either in or out of the pool/spa. Rachel was very responsive whenever there was an issue. She was very patient with a very sleep deprived group when we first got there. We’ve done a lot of air bnbs. This is the best one. Definitely coming back.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely comfortable and we felt right at home. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the house as well. Beach items and other amenities were included which was so wonderful. We would absolutely stay there again!

Natalie’s place we clean, comfortable and close to plenty of stores and resturants. It’s also close to the beaches of Sanibel Island and Ft Myers. This is a great location for a Ft Myers vacation.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Lisa was an excellent host. She was quick to respond and very helpful acclimating to the area. The Airbnb is located conveniently to many area activities. We stayed for a month and never ran out of things to do. The pool was a nice plus for Florida weather. Overall, we would highly recommend Lisa’s place to anyone who wants a quality place to stay in the Fort Meyers area.

absolutely gorgeous condo with walkout to the beach. it was spacious and clean and he was accommodating in allowing us to get in a little earlier than normal check in. high recommend this place I will defiantly be booking here again!

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

Lover’s Key is a lovely low key and private place to stay! This is our 4th anniversary here in Ft Meyers. Our time here never disappoints. John’s place has what you need but we always bring extra TP, dishwasher cubes and laundry cubes. Just makes it easier… Flipper’s restaurant is right outside the door. Good food and good drinks! Key Lime Colada was delish! Lastly, please remember that Ft Meyers is still in a rebuilding phase, it’s taken a couple of years to get the bridge re built. There are plenty of things to do downtown and surrounding areas. We look forward to next year!

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy is the pool that was next to our place was very small and no umbrella for sun protection. The 2nd pool was located in the club house that was about a mile away and that pool wasn’t very big either. Other than that the place was great. Quiet and very spacious

Great place to stay! Not only was the house spotless top to bottom, but it had all of the “extras”-hair dryer, towels, speaker, tupperware (which is almost never the case it seems) & more. The pool was great & it was overall in a quiet neighborhood too. Will absolutely stay again!
