Monthly Rentals in Punta Rassa

Alex is a wonderful host. I always was able to communicate with him about anything I needed. He made my long term stay so easy!

Sandy's place was exactly what we were looking for. The location was close to the beach,stores were very close and there were many restaurants. Sandy was very responsive to some of our requests. My son and granddaughter joined us for a week and loved the location. There was a pool and exercise facility at the location. The pool and exercise room were very clean. We were very happy for the month that we stayed there. We are thinking of renting it again for next year.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and easy to find. It was clean and nicely decorated. I personally liked the fact that it was uncluttered with lots of open space in the living room. I would definitely stay again.

Literally we have rented many places over the years whether it be on Airbnb or VBRO etc. This by far was the most beautiful and clean place that we have stayed in. It was beautifully decorated and pristine. The view to the ocean and the sunset at night was spectacular. The beds were comfortable and it had the amenties that were necessary for our stay. We only wish that we could have stayed longer but we have put this on our list as a do again and hopefully will be able to get down to Florida from cold NH within the next year or so.
