Beautiful and cozy villa with pool and ocean views very close to the beach. The house is distributed in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Air conditioning throughout the house. The master suite has a separate entrance and two terraces overlooking the ocean. It has a nice pool area as well as several chill-out areas where you can rest depending on the time of day and the shade. It is very close to the beautiful Punta Prima beach, which can be reached on foot in five minutes.

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.
