Had a great stay where especially the private pool was very nice! the communication with the host was also good. There is a bus that runs through the holiday village, but a car is actually a must. The location is favourable in relation to a number of beaches with La Pelosa Beach as a highlight. Stintino is a nice village where you can eat well.

The villa was comfortable and welcoming. It is not "this years model" and seems to be priced accordingly , but that is what we wanted as we have two young boys. The pool and garden are very well kept. Stintino was a great place to eat but can get busy in high season and there is a great selection of beaches. Salvatore is a lovely man and we communicated well via google translate and my appalling Italian.

Sabrie was immediately very helpful, always making herself available in case of need and offered advice appropriate to our needs. The house looks exactly as it is visible from the airbnb site and there are sheets and towels, but also other useful items such as the coffee maker and iron, or accessories that can be used for the beach as umbrellas. There is also a fully functioning dishwasher, a washing machine, and an oven. In the kitchen there is everything that can serve as pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery. There are three usable and working air conditioners and a TV in the living room and if necessary, the host also offers wi-fi service. The swimming pool is usable and equipped with four sun loungers. At the end of the night, Sabrie made himself available to advice and suggestions to improve his offer.

The stay with Marie was great. The house and location corresponds exactly to the description and pictures. The house is fully equipped and very clean. Shopping is available in Stintino. Everything worked smoothly. Marie is always available and very helpful.
