Cozy, fully-equipped one-story house, located a few meters from the beach and steps from the main square. It has a hot water tub, kitchen, cable TV, Wi-Fi, a gazebo, and parking. In addition, exclusive access to the swimming pool area with a slide (Summer season only, with COVID restrictions), soccer fields, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts in the complex. Pingueral, it is possible to enjoy beaches, forests, lagoon, river, native flora and fauna, traditional gastronomy.

The cabin has a tinaja that you can use for an additional fee, we can agree on it internally.

Tiene una estufa que calienta muy bien el lugar en invierno. vienen muchas mujeres solas o con su hijo pequeño y se sienten tranquilas y seguras.
