We are located after the Carabineros checkpoint, yes, you will save yourself the famous traffic jam that forms in winter. Come and rest in the middle of the native forest with direct access to trekking circuits, waterfalls, flora and fauna. The apartment is 40 square meters plus a terrace. It has a king-size bed (180x200), bathroom, storage room (where you can leave all your ski equipment), kitchen plus a dining table and a space with two armchairs in front of a large window to enjoy the views.

Caracola, a cozy cabin with a 180° ocean view

A loft-style cabin that allows you to rest and disconnect amid native trees and a spectacular view of Concepción Bay. Located on a rocky outcrop between the large and small coves of Cocholgue, to access it you must go down a passage and up a ladder. The journey is very short and simple, but not suitable for people with limited mobility. It is an ideal place for those who want to live a unique experience, where the sea and its sunsets are the protagonists.

Alpine Shelter/Cabin/Tinaja

📌Relax with your partner or friend(@), disconnect from the noise and pollution of the city. The cabin is equipped (🛜Wifi connection and air conditioning throughout your stay), in front of the cabin we have a space designed to share next to a stove. -Next to it you will find a fiberglass covered jar, with capacity for 6 people which has three hydromassage ejectors, which will make your experience more pleasant, to get to enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Cabin Terrace Viewpoint

The stipulated value per night is for 2 passengers and the capacity is up to 4 people. From the 3rd passenger, the additional cost is $12,000 for each person and each night of lodging. The cabin has 1 private hot tub (additional cost, detailed below). This place is perfect for a vacation away from the urban noise. Come and enjoy the different attractions such as ski centers, bike park, hot springs, restaurants, viewpoints, trekking, waterfalls and more.

You can enjoy an environment surrounded by native trees, a cabin on the banks of the Rarinco River with a terrace, a hot tub, a stove, and a kitchen equipped for lovers of good food. On the premises, you can practice sport fishing, make bonfires, go hiking, enjoy a good barbecue on the terrace, or enjoy a hot bath in our tub.

La casita es muy acogedora, segura. Tiene de todo para descansar, cocinar. Está ubicada en lo alto por eso la vista al mar y caleta son inmejorables. Su acceso es fácil, los colectivos te dejan frente a la puerta. Tiene una estufa que calienta muy bien el lugar en invierno. vienen muchas mujeres solas o con su hijo pequeño y se sienten tranquilas y seguras.
