The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, which made the whole process very smooth and hassle-free. It is clear that they work with a well-organised team, as the department was impeccable, very clean and well-equipped. Communication was fast, friendly and decisive at all times. Everything is really arranged as if it were a hotel. I also really appreciate the flexibility and willingness. Those little gestures make all the difference :)

Excellent apartment. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the ski slopes. Impeccably heated to arrive after a day in the snow. Everything was great and very comfortable and well equipped. We were able to have a barbecue on the grill that is on the balcony with a beautiful view. Fully recommended, you won't regret it.

Everything was just perfect, the apartment was impeccable, the concierges were friendly, the host was concerned, the supermarket was next door and the beautiful Ecuador park was within walking distance. What made my stay truly sublime was the wonderful view, there really is no comparison.

The apartment has a very nice view of the Biobio River. Oriana was very attentive and kind at all times It is very clean and very well maintained. It has all the necessary amenities for a long stay without problems, even a French coffee maker that I personally appreciate very much. It is also very well soundproofed so you sleep peacefully. The bed is comfortable for a good rest There is a supermarket right in front of the building, there are cafes nearby and it is also a 10-minute walk to the center. A place that is totally worth staying in if you go to Concepción. Congratulations!!

Large, spacious. Next to the ski slope and easy to access. Parking at the building's door. And the doormen are also very helpful, especially Mr. Victor, who helped us a lot on our arrival. The view from the apartment is sensational, with an unforgettable sunset. The balcony with a barbecue is perfect for eating a parrilla while watching the sunset.

The apartment is very spacious, there were 6 of us and we loved it, very clean, comfortable, they waited for us with some chocolates that made a difference. In San Pedro it was very quiet, very close there are several places to eat of very good quality. I went with my grandparents and they slept peacefully, without noise, and the shower water comes out very hot, something that I always notice! They also had towels, blankets, clean sheets, a well-equipped kitchen, we didn't lack anything. Thank you very much Carolina

The loft is spectacular, very comfortable and has everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. The restaurant is very varied and has affordable prices, and the breakfast is very complete. It's easy to get to and the surroundings are beautiful. We'll definitely be back!

Sylvia was an excellent host, apart from bringing us an exquisite breakfast to the cabin, the night before, she waited for us until very late to open the gate (thank you very much Sylvia🙏🏼🙏🏼). The cabins are spectacular, with the right space for a family. And the eternal beautiful, with many walks to take. We'll be back for sure!
