Really amazing place to stay with beautiful views. The condo was just like the pictures, very clean. It's in a very safe location in a private area of Cancun. There's a shopping mall down the street full of stores and delicious restaurants just a ten minute walk. The host and the security guards were very friendly and helpful. The host was kind enough to provide a pack and play for my one year old. It's very easy to get in if you rent a vehicle, they will give you your own pass to open the gates. Overall I really enjoyed my stay with my family. Definitely a place to stay, highly recommend.

This place is really good and deserves 5 stars. The place is tastefully designed, with finishes, furniture and small details according to a luxury apartment. The balcony is barbaric, with a very good size to be able to be up to 4 people comfortably enjoying the excellent view. The pool is SPECTACULAR! Measures 40 metres in length and 1.50 in depth! Ideal for people who like to swim distance and the water temperature was quite good. Finally, the check-in and check-out process was super simple, and being autonomous, it is very convenient, especially for people who have to arrive or leave late at night or early morning since there is always a person at the reception 24/7 ready to greet you.

We had a wonderful stay at this AirBNB. The rooms were exactly as described and looked like the photos. Humberto was very friendly and responsive, and checked in on us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff at the Salvia are great. Check-in/check-out was very easy. Beach access is super with beautiful sunrise views. The area is very walkable with easy access to restaurants and a large supermarket. The beds were very comfortable, air conditioning worked well, and overall the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this cute space in Cancun! The place was cozy, well-decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. The location was perfect close to the beach, great restaurants, and local attractions. So happy we booked this unit. Very spacious , clean and amazing view from the bedroom and living room window. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The amenities ( kitchen/ in unit washer and dryer/ safe/ tv/ full size dining table/ balcony ) made it very convenient! The gym is right below and although small we were up early and able to enjoy. The air conditioning worked extremely well and having blackout curtain made it easy to sleep at night. Overall we were extremely impressed with how clean the building/grounds and pool were. Stunning beach that was very well cared for daily and lots of huts available and fresh beach towels every day. Good security on the property . Overall we were very impressed. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Cancun! The property was not only beautiful but also felt incredibly safe, which gave me great peace of mind throughout my trip. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. It was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything I needed. The pool was also a great plus at this stay :) Our host was fantastic, they were very attentive and always available when we had questions or concerns. It was clear they genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cancun and would love to return in the future!

Had an enjoyable stay at Regina’s apartment. Teenagers loved the pool, very refreshing after a full day of shopping…large las Americas mall is 7mins walk from the apartment, very handy for the wife & daughters. There’s also a Starbucks and seven11 within walking distance (10mins). Also caught a taxi to the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal, which was $mxn250 one way from the apartment, well worth a visit especially Playa Norte beach…wow. The apartment was very clean and tidy, no real issues. Regina was easy to contact. Would recommend staying here, especially for families as it’s very safe and quiet. Security were very helpful especially with organising taxis🙂.

Hello the whole stay was very good, it was clean there was only one detail in one of the bathrooms you bathed and the water came out of the shower which caused the bathroom floor to be all wet

The place is very nice, comfortable and clean. Everything worked well, except in one of the bathrooms where the shower chorro was very weak and you had to stick to the wall to bathe. But overall, everything excellent. I would definitely come back!

You are absolutely LOCO if you do not come to this magical casita! Our jaws were on the floor as we walked from room to room. Authentic and purely unique is just the start. A mural of Frida Kahlo welcomes you inside, aesthetic touches, bright colors and most of it green, the most gorgeous color in the world. There was nothing Julius and Pablo didn’t think of to include- sunscreen, beach toys, feminine products (we are 5 girls), shampoos, snacks, coffee supplies, filtered water, restaurant and activity guides… Even some dumbbell weights!! Staying in this corner secluded casita that has a shared mini park was the highlight of our trip. I can’t tell you how much we adored this place. I think we took pics of every room and made a video to keep. Though it was a 20-25 ride to the beaches, we made the best decision staying here!! Muchas gracias amigos! 🙏🏻💕

Jessy was very kind throughout our stay, she stayed in constant communication and attentive to our needs. The facilities are very comfortable and feel as if you were really at home, the neighborhood is very quiet, with enough amenities to make the stay comfortable and with restaurants and supermarkets a few minutes away, I would definitely stay here again.

I feel at home, any problem that could have been solved quickly and efficiently, as a recommendation that I have a kettle, everything else in perfect condition, the place super nice and safe.

This is a beautiful home. i highly recommend. this is a 3 story condo. 1 floor has a nice entrance right away you have a restroom, kitchen & living room. there is a small bedroom with a bathroom with shower. (all bedrooms have bathrooms) 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms 1room is facing the view to the beach and the pool. 3rd floor is an entire bedroom which has a jacuzzi and shower and alot of room in closet space. this room also has a balcony. the home has working ac and the home has a lot of supplies. washer and dryer. walking distance to a beautiful fancy restaurant called Navios and also near and oxxo. this home is located in a great place we used the public transportation (red bus) which passed by right in the front of the condos. the host has great communication. was fast responding when needed. very friendly and allow us extra time. also extra time after checking out host let us leave our bags while we waited for our transportation. i would definitely stay here again. love this home.

We only stayed one night. The accommodation is very good, in good condition, all the utensils in good condition, without unpleasant odors or things like that.

Isaac’s place was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and provided us with great recommendations to make the most of our trip. The house itself was really nice and great for a big group. It had everything we needed for a great stay with friends.
