Nice studio in a perfect and central location to get to know Puerto de la Cruz and the island in general, since you can walk to all of Puerto de la Cruz and very close to the central bus station to get to know the rest of the island. Near the apartment you can find restaurants, a doctor, pharmacy, gym, beaches, supermarkets... all of this within walking distance is very convenient. The building has an elevator. The accommodation has all the amenities, a kitchen, bathroom, double bed, and WiFi.

A inviting pool area is visible, featuring a unique shape and surrounded by a light-colored deck. The clear blue water reflects sunlight, and a gradual staircase leads into the pool, offering easy access. Lush greenery along the walls enhances the serene atmosphere.

With capacity for 5 guests, it has a large terrace and barbecue area, where there is a redotal vine of what was formerly my grandfather's orchard. It is an old family house rebuilt and located in the picturesque neighborhood of Punta Brava. A three-minute walk from Loro Parque, next to the most important open bathing area in the north and a 4-minute drive from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz

Our lovely, small apartment with terrace (communal) and incredeble views is perfect for 2 quiet, healthy adventurous people. The white and blue fisherman-style apartment on the fifth floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR), is newly refurbished, near the harbour, old town and beach. There is a free big park place only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, " Parking el Muelle ".

A terrace table is set with breakfast items, including pastries and fruit, overlooking a beach with black sand. The scene features a view of the ocean and a shoreline with people enjoying the beach. The surrounding area is lined with palm trees and buildings.
