Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Sottostanti al condominio si trova una bellissima spiaggia libera e stabilimento privato organizzatissimo, mare incantevole trasparente. 5 posti letto, salone luminosissimo cha da su un terrazzo dove è piacevole mangiare. Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'attico elegante. “Casa Esme" gode di una piacevole vista sulla pineta sottostante, dista circa 300 mt dal mare e si trova in una zona completa di tutti i servizi. E' composto da ampio ingresso, soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale, cameretta con letto alla francese, bagno con doccia e lavanderia. È ristrutturato, si trova al 3 ed ultimo piano con ascensore ed ha una piacevole terrazza coperta per mangiare all’aperto oltre a fibra ottica illimitata.

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old.
