My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Rob and Laurie are just the sweetest. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and some love from their pup. We immediately felt right at home. The room is super cute and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was nice and clean. Everything was as described. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and there was plenty of parking on the street. It was new for us to stay in a home with the family there but it was actually really nice and comforting. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Rob and Laurie for hosting 💗

The room was just what we needed… a relaxing place to shower and rest! Wonderful location and Eve and her puppy were so much fun to chat with! (And play ball!). She has a beautiful yard and the dock on the canal was so peaceful. We enjoyed the homemade bread and strawberry jam she left for us too! We will be back!

This was a very unusual trip for us as I was coming down to have a medical procedure done with a local doctor, so I was already super anxious. But Dawn was wonderful! I explained to her what we had going on, and she went over and above, explaining the easiest way to get in and out, so I would have the least steps, telling us where everything was, and even offering to help my daughter if we needed anything at all. In addition to the excellent communication, the room was spotless and beautiful. I felt so very comfortable there. She has absolutely everything you could need there and the patio feels so private. We will definitely try to rebook with her in the future and I highly recommend her to anyone needing a place in the area. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.
