It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area is 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can lead to sunshine. You'll have two seasonal gardens with greenery on hand.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.

This big apartment is equipped with everything You need! Our position is very kid friendly - the first playground is a 5 minute stroll, and the bigger beach is only a short car ride away (1,8km). There You can find our water slides with a sea water pool (see pictures)! The first round is on us :)
