Apartment 1 This apartment is located on first floor of the house and offer a space of 45m2 and a large terrace of 16m2 with a beautiful open sea view on the bay with the Island of Košljun. The house has 5 apartments and one studio. My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, the airport and downtown. You will appreciate my accommodation for the view, the location, the heated swimming pool and its Mediterranean garden, the people and the atmosphere.

From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a family business that would be transferred to their daughters, but later also to their grandchildren. We are located at the very South of Punat with the beach being at the tip of your toes (30 m away)! Our friendly host Dino will always be at your disposal for advice and any questions you have.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

This big apartment is equipped with everything You need! Our position is very kid friendly - the first playground is a 5 minute stroll, and the bigger beach is only a short car ride away (1,8km). There You can find our water slides with a sea water pool (see pictures)! The first round is on us :)
