Holiday rentals with beach access in Punat

The views from the deck of this apartment were amazing! The apartment is very clean and well decorated and easy to get to from town. Senia met us and helped us park the car which was much appreciated! Her local restaurant recommendation was a hit, make sure you check the place out. The food was amazing! Sad we only got to spend one night at this place, I would go back in a heart beat!

We highly recommend this place. Value for money is great and Damir & Igor are super nice hosts and were very accessible or have prepared everything great! You are just a few steps away from the beach and also have a super nice sea view from the balcony. The apartment offers enough space and there is everything you could need. We had a very nice time in Nena's apartment! The roof terrace is a dream! Nena is a very sweet and attentive host who takes time for her guests and is very helpful. She got us the parking ticket and was very helpful at check-in! We already had great communication with Ivana (Nena's daughter) when booking and everything was explained to us in detail. We also enjoyed dinner with Nena in one of her recommended restaurants. We will be happy to come back, dear Nena!

Great apartment with beautiful views over the city! Only a 10 minute walk down to the beach. Hosts were very quick to respond and were very helpful, even dropping us to the train station.

We stayed as a family with 2 children (8 + 6 years) for a good 1 week in Marija's apartment. We enjoyed it very much. On the positive side, the apartment is very spacious, the terrace is large and covered. The nearest beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The old town is also just a stone's throw away in the other direction. So great location. The two roads that pass the property are partly noisy... many vacationers who want to go to the beach, on foot or by car. From Vrbnik you can make beautiful excursions with children. All in all, we were very satisfied. Thanks!!

Great place, down to earth and original!

We had a nice vacation, the room and kitchen are bright and spacious for three guests. Every room in the apartment is well equipped and super clean. Hosts are friendly and helpful. The room and the balcony have a beautiful view of the sea and the islands, we spent the mornings and evenings on the balcony - it was magical. The apartment is located in a quiet area, the beach can be accessed by stairs about 10 minutes walk. Parking on site. Great place to stay.

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

Marko was friendly and easy to communicate with. Apartment had everything we needed and was as described. Garden and Terence are nice to chill during day with great bbq.

Fantastic place. Everything is as described and photographed in the listing. A great place to relax, quiet, quiet, privacy. I would definitely recommend. I would like to go back there even though I am not a fan of rest in the same places again.

Everything was as described and you had a wonderful view of the sea. Ksenija was always available when something was up and very friendly.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!
