Beachfront holiday rental in Punat

The apartment is a nice studio apartment not far from the centre of Rijeka, although the high position may not make it comfortable for all types of users. Barbara is a kind and punctual host. We had a great time and recommend it!

Great location, walking distance to the port and beach. Very attentive towards us and responded immediately. Beautiful view from the patio and watched the sunset every night. Thank you for a great stay.

My husband and I just spent 18 days in this great place. Everything was wonderfully clean, the view from the terrace to the sea just great. Petra's parents also live in the house and are totally lovely people. They were very attentive. We got new linens and towels after a week. We were able to lock the terrace because we had two dogs with us. We felt very comfortable and at home. Thanks again at this point. We highly recommend it.

Great place, down to earth and original!

Perfect for a relaxing holiday with your dog(s) Large, super nice, fenced property – ideal for travellers with dogs. The accommodation is super well equipped, has everything you need for a holiday and offers a beautiful view. Parking directly at the house and everything you need can be reached in 20 minutes. The street is audible - sometimes more, sometimes less - but for us it was not disturbing. The landlord was super friendly, had even provided sweets in the fridge and gave us great restaurant tips. Earlier check-in was also possible without any problems. All around a successful stay! THANK YOU for that :)

It was a very nice holiday there, the Frankopan about 4 minutes' walk away, I can only recommend as a restaurant. The location of the apartment is a good starting point for different activities. The lapping of the waves helps you fall asleep.

We liked the accommodation very much: very nicely furnished, very well-equipped kitchen, fantastic view of the bay/sea, everything clean. The hosts are very friendly, we felt comfortable all around.

We had a wonderful stay at Bernard’s apartment! The space was beautiful and thoughtfully arranged, and the outdoor area felt like a dream - peaceful, private, and perfect for our family while traveling. Bernard greeted us with helpful information, offered great local recommendations (including a fantastic boat excursion!), and was quick to respond anytime we had a question. We felt truly welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We were there for a week and felt more than comfortable. The place was very clean and offered everything you need for a stay. The beds were also very comfortable. The whole facility is really special. Above all, we liked the view from our apartment and the garden with the many herbs and extraordinary plants. We were very warmly welcomed and immediately received some great tips for the region (restaurants, sights, etc.). Thank you for such a nice, fun and relaxing stay, we will be very happy to come back and definitely.

Hana's flat has one of the best panorama in the town. It is also very well equipped and the air condition is 5 star. Big and very comfortable bed. Hana is a very nice host, very responsive and helpful. The only thing we missed was a freezer for the ice but that is just a minor thing.

Our family spent a few days in the apartment and we were very happy there. We were looking for accommodation with the pool and it was a hit for our kids (they jumped right in the morning and then in the evening after the hot day you could cool off again). Apartment is very clean, although not big, but you will find everything you need. You don't spend much time in the apartment because the terrace is so great (and shaded) right outside the apartment door and right across the street is also a pool (where the children splash). We were mostly traveling by car (to Krk), which is not really far. The beaches in Croatia (on Krk but also on the mainland coast) are simply fabulous. Maria is a super host, very nice, open and always helpful. We enjoyed it in the meantime and would like to come back. Therefore, I recommend everyone the stay at Maria's place:-)

We had a very nice vacation at Villa Delfin. The location is great and quiet. There is a great pool and private access to the sea. The villa, the property and our apartment (Yellow) are in a very well-maintained condition. Sani is a very helpful, friendly and pleasant hostess. The place was spotless, new, clean. Amazing views, balcony, calm place, swimming pool, jetted tub and a great grill to cook , also a place sunbath! We absolutely love the place so much!!! A view with apartment :-) - you can see across the street in the truest sense of the word. We mainly commuted back and forth between the balcony and the sea ... when we weren't cycling in the hinterland and hiking in Velebit or on the coast. Great hosts, great apartment, great vacation!

The place was super nice, located right in a bay with great amenities and everything you need. We were very warmly welcomed by Marko and felt very comfortable during the stay. The view from the apartment is as shown in the pictures. Overall, it was a great stay. :)

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful Airbnb apartment and I can only report positives! The hostess was extremely nice and accommodating, she welcomed us warmly and was always there for us with helpful tips. The location of the apartment is just perfect – close to lots of attractions and great restaurants so we could easily walk to everything. Apartment is as described, clean, really very close to the beach and they will have all what you need, maybe dishwasher will be perfect to have. Dorotea and Solomon are helpful and always ready to response.
