It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Zu Fuß kann man an den Strand (das Meer genießen), Restaurants oder Bars besuchen sowie Einkäufe erledigen. 2023 haben wir die Wohnungen mit Liebe zum Detail neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Wir haben darauf geachtet moderne & traditionelle Elemente zu verwenden um der typischen Inselarchitektur treu zu bleiben aber dennoch neue Technik einfließen zu lassen. Die Wohnungen sind voll klimatisiert & werden durch Klimadecken beheizt und gekühlt.

The place is really comfortable, with freshly renewed space with authentic style and decorations, beautiful location, terrace that is amazing place for evening drink and morning coffee. Also there are bicycles to rent at the place, though everything is really close to the apartment. Free parking during the stay included. Place is romantic and will suit for couples, couples with child, adventurers...

Just 180m from the beach! Two bedrooms upstairs, living area, kitchen, washroom downstairs. Includes a large terrace, air conditioning, wifi, sat-tv and use of the garden and grill. The center is a pleasant 15 min walk away along the seaside. The apartment is on the first floor, there are stairs up to the apartment and stairs inside to the upper floor. It is not directly on the garden level. Near restaurants, bakery, waterslides, aqua park.
