The bright 90 sqm apartment in the south of Hamburg has a large living room with open kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms with one 160 x 200 cm bed each, bathroom (incl. hair dryer), guest toilet and a south/west terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, espresso and coffee maker, toaster, kettle. In the living room, there is a 42" TV and a small HiFi system. Hamburg and Lüneburg can be easily reached by car (approx. 25 minutes) or by public transport.

We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

It can be found on the 3rd floor of a commercial building and is part of our penthouse apartment. However, our apartment and the studio are completely separated from each other with their own apartment door, so that our and also your privacy, dear guests, are preserved. Die Wohnung ist 63 qm groß und verfügt über zwei Schlafimmer ( Betten 160 x 200 und 140 x 200 ) Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet; Bad und WC sind getrennt. Neben dem schönen sonnigen Balkon habt Ihr ein großes gemütliches Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Zur Wohnung gehört ebenfalls ein fester Stellplatz. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind auch für Euren Aufenthalt bereitgestellt.
