We stayed in a spacious accommodation spread across four floors, featuring one bedroom on the ground floor and another on the second floor. The property is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from a small train station, making it relatively easy to reach—especially if you're arriving via a larger hub like Montreux. However, it's important to note that while the location is scenic and peaceful, the nearby train station is very small and there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. We arrived late and hadn't realized that basic shopping (e.g., milk, butter, kitchen roll, hand towels for the kitchen) needed to be done in advance or in a larger town. Future guests may want to plan ahead and stock up on essentials before arriving. That said, the mountain views and tranquil setting

Highly recommend for a charming stay on lake Geneva. Our family had plenty of space and the apartment had everything you would need. Hugo went above when we were in need of a corkscrew and had one of the neighbors drop one off for us to enjoy our wine!

Annie’s place was perfect for our stay near Montreux! Bigger than I expected based on the photos, so it was nice to spread out with our group of 6. My kids loved the dart board and those views from the balconies can’t be beat. Annie was so sweet and easy to communicate with. Her little touches made for the best few days!

Wunderschönes Haus, direkt am Genfer See. Badestelle zu Fuß erreichbar (200m). Genügend Parkplätze. Terrasse rund um das Haus mit See und Bergblick. Schön ruhig. Beste Unterkunft die ich jemals hatte.

Notre séjour a été une vraie parenthèse enchantée ! Impossible de se lasser de la vue qu’offre la maison. Le cadre est idyllique et l’environnement paisible. La maison dispose de canoës que nous avons eu la chance d’utiliser en plein coucher de soleil. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien pendant notre séjour : cuisine propre et bien équipée, literie de qualité.. la maison est spacieuse, chacun a son espace. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente !

Wij hadden een heel fijn verblijf in het appartement van Pierre, Mooi en smaakvol ingericht appartement. Alles proper en netjes. Kasten in slaapkamer en keuken mogen een beetje gerenoveerd worden. Zeer vlotte communicatie. Mooie omgeving en vlakbij het meer van Genève. Een aanrader!

We had a great stay at Paul’s apartment over the long Easter weekend. The apartment is perfect for two couples or a family, with all the amenities as described. We skied every day up in avoriaz due to it being late season, the apartment is a short walk from the bus stop which takes you to the bottom of the main lift up to the ski area. There is also plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance down in Morzine centre. Would highly recommend

I stayed at Matthieu’s place for three nights while visiting my kid who’s studying in Switzerland. The view was absolutely stunning, and the interior felt like something out of the Ritz Carlton. Clearly, Christelle and Matthieu put a lot of care into every detail. The Wi-Fi was also super fast, which was a big plus. Both Christelle and Matthieu were warm and welcoming. We had some great conversations during my stay. The location is just a 5–7 minute walk from the train station. Unless you're traveling with more than two people, I’d recommend skipping the rental car and going with one or two Eurail business class pass instead. Thank you again, Christelle and Matthieu! I hope to return soon.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, dans un environnement tellement paisible face aux montagnes et avec en prime le chant des oiseaux. Jackie et Éric ont été disponibles pour nous accueillir à l’arrivée et pour notre départ. Ils sont également fort chaleureux. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement.

A anfitriã foi muito gentil e nos recebeu muito bem. Além das dicas de passeios e o que fazer na cidade e em locais próximos, nos forneceu todas as orientações necessárias para uma excelente estadia. O espaço estava impecável, as camas muito confortáveis e achamos que para 4 pessoas foi super confortável. Na cozinha tinha tudo o que precisávamos, além de café e chocolates que foram fornecidos à vontade. Recomendamos e não hesitaríamos em nos hospedarmos novamente.

Excellent séjour chez Fabien, hôte très réactif et aux petits soins..Son appartement est bien situé, très très bien équipé, cosy et impeccable. N'hésitez surtout pas si vous souhaitez visiter cette belle région, son logement est au top pour passer quelques jours à Thonon et ses environs.

Nice apartment (clean and modern inside) with a lake view. I can imagine the fireplace must be nice if going in the winter / after skiing. And the terrace would be very nice in the summer as it’s large and has a nice view. As I happened to be there during off season (early May) and it was raining, I was especially happy to be able to use the sauna just 1 floor below the apt. If you use it, make sure to bring 3-4 one-franc coins (can get some at the store a few houses down on the Main Street), and give it about 40 min on switch option B. Was great for some down time in the mountains!

Nous étions 4 adultes. Notre hôte nous a reçus avec toute sa gentillesse et tout était prévu, même le café et le savon de douche. Beau jardin au sud. Bonne literie (3x lit double) et lits faits à l’arrivée. Seul bémol: les cloisons entre chambres sont assez minces et on entend ronfler les voisins. William est un hôte à recommander et nous y reviendrons.

Amazing place in a great location with many activities to do in the region. Charlène made sure we had everything we needed (with some complimentary goodies!). From information on what to do, how to get there (bikes were included), to a fully equipped kitchen and an amazing bathroom. Fully recommend to anyone looking for a quite getaway with fun activities and great sights.

Maison parfaitement conforme aux descriptif. Très lumineuse, bien équipée. Communication très facile très rapide avec Gideon. Arrivée très facile et flexible. Parfait pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants (2 lits double et 2 lits simples).

Je n'ai que de bonnes choses à dire sur cette maison dans laquelle j'ai passé 3 semaines, ainsi que ses hôtes. Tout a été facile du début à la fin, les hôtes étaient très sympathiques, réactifs et accommodants, la maison est immense et très bien située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme mais à juste 15 minutes de marche du centre. La propriété est spacieuse, lumineuse, avec une véranda très agréable pour les beaux jours et un joli jardin, en plus des autres commodités comme le bain tourbillon et le sauna. Tout était impeccablement propre et rangé et nous avons eu un accès illimité à tout pour un prix vraiment très honnête. Je recommande cette location à 100% et j'y retournerais avec plaisir :)

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Haus von Patrice (6 Erwachsene mit 4 Kindern). Wir hatten alle genügend Platz für Rückzugsort und tolle, grosse Gemeinschaftsräume. Die Grosszügigkeit von Patrice und seiner Familie hat uns sehr überwältigt. Soo viele Spielsachen durften benutzt werden. Für unsere Kinder war es das absolute Paradies! Auch die Ausstattung in der Küche, im Bad und im Garten war absolut fantastisch. Der Pool und der Garten waren ein Traum. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen und haben die Zeit bei Patrice sehr genossen. Gerne kommen wir ein anderesmal wieder.
