L'ampio giardino (oltre 1000 mq) ha un prato ben curato che lo ricopre completamente. La piscina (9x5m) è abbastanza grande ma molto sicura, poiché ha una profondità massima di circa 1m. Una bella e ampia veranda copre 3 lati della villa e fornisce una splendida ombra in estate.
