The main bedroom is detached from the living and kitchen, which has a fold out couch for extra guests. Relax in the outdoor bath and enjoy the simplicity of living off grid without lacking to many home comforts. Toilet is detached.

In addition to the stunning outdoor bath and large timber deck, the space has artsy, quirky furnishings that make for a very special stay. The open plan lounge has an additional queen fold out sofa bed.

The entire house is for your use. The Sliding gate, fenced yard, and Security cameras ensure both safety and privacy This house was built in the 1970s and refurbished last year. It's not modern in style. It's not on a Cul-de-sac, and sometimes can hear traffic noise. The entrance has 3 steps. Located perfectly just 10 mins drive from central Hamilton and also 10 mins from the airport, Mystery Creek, the Velodrome, Hamilton Gardens, Waikato Uni and Ruakura. It is fully self contained with a modern kitchen and spacious living area. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Only 1.2kms off the Waikato River Trail it is a perfect base for those wanting to explore by bike.

Nestled between grassland and trees, this guest house is the perfect place to soak up New Zealand’s beautiful nature. Relax watching the birds and scenic hills or get hands on with the family pets. You can feed the alpacas or visit the chicken to collect some eggs. There is always a spare paddock for horsey people visiting the area and plenty of room to park a trailer or boat. We are located 10 min away from Hobbiton, Karapiro lake and 15 min from Cambridge town centre.
